Update on the new SLC

The Mercedes engineers and the guys over at AMG are working hard in Europe as well as in the US to finish the famous 300 SL’s succesor.

Known in the company as W197,the new model might just be the bigest project of the following years,beeing scheduled for 2010.

AMG’s baby will be built in Mercedes’ plant in Sindelfingen,Germany,but only 3000-5000 people a year will have the pleasure of owning one.

SLC

The coupe will most probabily have a 620 HP V8,rear wheel drive and will look like the Gullwing.

The pices will oscillate bethween 150000 and 200000 euros but i guess you’ll get a lot of car for that kind of money.
