Today’s Supercar Review: Audi A8 4.2 TDI SE 2010
Today’s supercar review will unveil Audi A8 4.2 TDI 2010. Enjoy!!
I did not know was doing a Audi A4 with a long wheelbase. There is no niche left unexplored?
A4? This is the new 2010 Audi A8, Ingolstadt technological flagship, a limo for a supercar boasting style aluminum space frame and the type of toys that would make Inspector Gadget envious (and owners grateful that Lucas does not, Audi electrics).
But it’s an easy mistake to make. The old Audi A8 was expensive, had a real presence and could be easily recognized as a cut above the rest of the car from Audi. The new A8, but while low and slimmer than the two BMW 7-Series or Mercedes S-Class, is hypocritical and pretty much looks too much like a £ 22k A4.
Go on then hit me with the gadgets (I guess this may take some time)Audi A8 4.2 TDI 2010
The step into the A8 is not like a step in a normal car, it’s like to walk in the Las Vegas Consumer Electronics Show. To grant the gps or phone number by typing on a touch pad (with my left hand I’m scared, right-handed British) and the adaptive lighting using NAV’s map to change their pattern as the extension of the beams to illuminate the intersection.
Then there is Audi’s first night vision system, which is actually more than the Merc recognition by pedestrians, highlight it in the on-screen image and gives the driver an acoustic warning goes. It can even calculate your trajectory, it will only notify you when the pedestrian stepping into your line. Clever stuff.

Best Eco Car around the World? VW Golf 1.6 TDI Bluemotion 2009 Review
VW Golf 1.6 TDI Bluemotion really impress us with its fuel consume, while Toyota uses the Prius, with its eco hill, Europe’s decision makers are also trying to raise themselves on the sunny green uplands with a series of hybrid rival misers. By Econetic Ford to BMW EfficientDynamics, Blue Efficiency Vauxhall Ecoflex Benzes, Ecomotive of seats BlueMotion Volkswagen. They are all on, fabricated increasingly daft model name to float their greenest offering.
Volkswagen, which has been building fuel-sipping ideas (remember the freewheeling Ecomatic golf?), Long before Toyota began to sprout Preen court has just launched a new range of Bluemotion, from 114g/km to 90g/km Polo BlueMotion Passat BlueMotion.
We focus here on the big sale 99g/km VW Golf BlueMotion 2009, Europe’s first central sub-100g/km Luke (99g/km the new Ford Focus Econetic follows the beginning of 2010). It is just as well we are writing about golf, because the above-oriented, slow and loud Polo BlueMotion is about as attractive as a diet of tofu and lentils. (The Passat BlueMotion is much more a celebration, but that’s another story.)
How is the VW Golf BlueMotion other than a regular golf?
Start with the standard 105bhp 1.6 TDI Golf that uses a diesel engine to the sweetest. Power and torque remain unchanged when Bluemotioning. Add stop-start (so that the engine shuts off when the car is stationary) and) regenerative braking (kinetic energy to increase coverage of the battery. Improving the aerodynamics so that the air cleaner splits (Note-Tronic ® lowering, revised grille, new front bumper and a small rear spoiler).

Car Review Today: Rolls Royce Ghost 2009
This is the new Rolls Royce’s Ghost 2009, a £ 192k British-built luxury sedan. Here you will find the majestic Rolls-Royce Phantom a bit gauche? Some potential owners to do, “says Rolls, so that the smaller, more discreet and slightly more affordable Ghost is the answer. Read more for cars verdict on the new Rolls-Royce Ghost.
But the sense of a Rolls Royce Ghost 2009 is to make a statement.
We would have thought so, but some potential buyers all wanted the luxury of the phantom in a package that they can access a parking meter, without being able to attract unnecessary attention. The reticent presence, and £ 192,500 list price (£ 80k less than the phantom) indicates 80 percent of the Ghost buyers are new to the brand. And more than half of likely come from Bentley, would affect not something that Crewe love to hear.
Sun Rolls just like a piece of the wheelbase and the grille was smaller?
No, this is a completely new car. Well, everything is new, if you discount the BMW 7-Series, with the Ghost shares some mechanical components. The Phantom of the Opera, is built around an aluminum space frame, but the spirit of the chassis is a steel monocoque. Aluminum chassis are chunky affairs so stick with steel rolls to allow the mind with the interior does not lend well behind the phantom, while the space requirement is significantly lower. The 5399mm mind is 435mm shorter, 42mm narrower and 82mm shorter than a phantom with the standard wheelbase. Rolls Royce Ghost 2009.

Top Ten Tips for Buying a Used Car
Are you in the marketplace for buying a second hand motor vehicle? Choosing the right vehicle which is good value for money and will be reliable in the long term can be quite difficult. You can help yourself make the right decision by following some basic guidelines that can help you choose between the bargain cars and the ones that will cause you long term misery. Read our top ten tips for buying a used car guide.
1) Pick a Budget and Stick to It.
When you are buying a used car it is easy to get carried away when you’re already spending a lot of money- a few hundred pounds more to secure the ‘car of your dreams’ can easily seem reasonable, but could leave you in debt. Remember there are always other expenses that you have to pay for when you buy a car, such as Road Tax and insurance. Before you start looking for a new car decide on a budget and religiously stick to it, that way you can be assured good value for money.
2) View the Car in Daylight
When you do finally decide to go to look at a car, don’t make the mistake of going to see the car at night. Perhaps you have a full time job and it isn’t possible to leave work to go and view a car in the week and you think that the car in question may be sold by the time the weekend comes around. Although it can be a temptation to save time and ‘jump the queue’ of other potential purchases, going to see a car at night can leave you open for an upset. Basically you will not be able to get a good look at the condition of the car in poor visibility. Instead of being impatient either wait until the weekend or take a day off work and go and see a group of cars to make the most of your time.
3) Consider an Inspection
Lack mechanical knowledge about motor vehicles? For those who don’t know their big end from their fuel injection system perhaps a professional mechanical appraisal may be a sensible option. Although there will be an expense involved with this you will get peace of mind from discovering what if anything is wrong with the vehicle. Also by telling the vendor you are going to get a mechanical appraisal then you will be able to see how they react to this. If they suddenly looked panicked and try to dissuade you then you can presume that there may be something wrong with the car that they are trying to hide. If a mechanical appraisal does highlight problems with a car, this doesn’t mean that you should walk away from the motor vehicle- all cars can develop faults. Instead judge as to how much these issues are likely to cost to repair as this can give you additional bargaining power with the vendor to get a discount. However, if in doubt walk away from the deal, there is always another car out there!
