00001infiniti_nissan_carzpage_2010May be you have not heard of the Nissan’s Luxury Infiniti. Here is the little remind Infiniti Brief Review, Infiniti is a moderately successful premium brand in the United States – and it poses serious European ambitions. It’s a bit of Cadillac, but not right for everyone. “I’m not sure I like that comparison,” growled Jim White, Infiniti’s vice president for Europe and the Middle East. Today’s Carzpage Review: Nissan’s Luxury Infiniti M30D 2010.

There is an old trick. Automobile manufacturers in their own solipsistic bubble Marketing live, almost as if they had appointed Rene Descartes as Head of Sales. Infiniti also showed us his imagination rivals, snake, the Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5-series and Jaguar XF Roman in his swish new showroom. They looked very convincing in a way that does not Infiniti.

Infiniti? Born in the dog days of the greed-is-good eighties was the last in a trio of Japanese prestige brands in the U.S. in the belief that no one there would be a premium Japanese car started with a plaque paying mainstream. Honda Acura was followed with the first, in 1986, then Toyota with Lexus and Nissan and Infiniti respectively. Since its birth in 1989, the Infiniti USA has sales Roller-coastered, but it has a moderately successful strategy of introduction of the plaque to markets such as Taiwan, the Middle East and Korea, where Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Audi are not so far represented implemented.
004infinitiM30d_carzpage_2010Now the purple badge Infiniti in Europe is mature and competitive, German-dominated premium markets that change for 2.5 million cars a year, a figure set to increase to 2.8million by 2013. Initially frustrated by the lack of a diesel engine gets the latest model of the Infiniti V9x single-turbo V6 diesel, a much modified version used in the Renault Laguna. The M is based on the Nissan Fuga, a Japan-based sedan only started in 2004 as replacements for the hideous Cedric, Gloria and president. Today’s Carzpage Review: Nissan’s Luxury Infiniti M30D 2010.
Car Test Drive and Review
The body design is inconsistent, tough and elegant, from some angles, even from other appears bulbous, as if to mumps. It’s certainly not as slim as an E-class, but the paint is flawless and that’s not something you can tell the German sedans, in those days.

In the cabin there are many stylish surface changes that are relieved with an interesting Japanese lacquered wood treatment, with a silver dusting is applied to the cross grain, and there is a piano black option for the Sport model. The front seats are comfortable but lack side support in the standard car. Who are spacious in the rear, to avoid head-and legroom, and easy access thanks to a large door opening. In the middle is a plush arm that pulls down to reveal a ski hole in the trunk. Today’s Carzpage Review: Nissan’s Luxury Infiniti M30D 2010.

The dashboard has an attractive, concise instrument binnacle in front of the two drivers, with a center high-mounted screen to the Navi to view in-car entertainment and air conditioning settings. There are many buttons, some of which do not control functions, and possibly could not use. This is a feature of more-is-more Infiniti marketing, where it is (almost) everything thrown in for the price.

2010_1NissanLeaffirstdrive_carzpageAs we all know that the world’s first mass produced battery electric car Nissan Leaf have won the premier European award.
Nissan electric vehicle Leaf won the European Car of the Year Award by a clear margin of nine points.

2NissanLeaffirstdrive-carzpage_2010The five-door hatchback family £ 23,990 goes on sale in March in the UK and the first time a mass-produced all-electric car on sale to the public. Electric Nissan Leaf wins Car of the Year 2010.

The Leaf won 257 votes out of the 58 judges in 23 European countries. Alfa Romeo Giulietta’s was second with 248 points, Vauxhall Meriva in the third with 244 points and Ford C-Max fifth with 224th.
World’s first practical production of affordable electric car that does not look like it is and designed by a child with a crayon and driven by Noddy. The Nissan Leaf not an exciting car. But it is an important one. If it sells – and Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn is betting his company’s future on it – this can be a mini / T-model moment. Game Changer are not released very often. Electric Nissan Leaf wins Car of the Year 2010.

The Journal goes on sale early next year, and as long as David Cameron to give rubber-stamp Lord Mandelson is coming European production of Sunderland from 2013 (and from Japan by then). In contrast to the G-Wiz and other similarly ridiculous electric scooter, this is not a “four-wheeled motor vehicle” that bypasses all security (and common sense). It’s a real car that all golf-size gasoline engine safety expectations, seats five, and looks like a “real” car. Nissan made specifically look it “normal”, alluding to unconventionality (notice the sleek TGV-like nose), but always, Dan Dare. This is a mass-produced Nissan, after all, and expects that mass appeal.

Super CarzPage Review: Superleggera Audi R8 GT 2010

1AudiR8GTcarreview_carzpage_2010This is the Audi R8 GT, a lighter, more powerful (and thus faster) version of the finest super sports cars in Ingolstadt. Think of the GT Superleggera version of the R8, a car to get to something like the GT3 RS, GTS M3 take, and of course the real Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera.
The Audi R8 GT is essentially a German version of the Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera?

Yes, that’s the R8 GT biggest rival may be easier, more efficient (and faster) version of the Gallardo. Audi Lamborghini could own, but as if it is not enough to make a V8-powered supercar on the Gallardo to start, then started a V10 version – albeit in the form of tune with 518bhp and 391 pounds ft. And now we have the R8 GT, with exactly the same engine as the base Gallardo. Super CarzPage Review: Superleggera Audi R8 GT 2010.

3AudiR8GTcarreview_carzpageDifferences? The Superleggera squeezes extra 10bhp from its 5.2-liter V10, the R8 GT 552bhp @ 8000rpm and the same 398 pounds ft @ 6500rpm as standard boasts little Lambo. The Audi is the Porkie the couple also tipped the scales at 1525kg, 95 pounds more than the Italian. Result? 3.4 versus 3.6 seconds to 62mph in favor Lambo, a division that keep the marketing team like on paper, but one that will not be translated into the real world.
1525kg is not bad for a V10-engine sports car with four-wheel drive … Super CarzPage Review: Superleggera Audi R8 GT 2010.

You’re right, and thanks to the new manual seats (which alone can save 31.5kg), carbon car body parts, thinner glass, a thinner exhaust, a magnesium engine subframe, and shaved carpets, this GT 100kg lighter than the R8 V10 brothers.

CarzPage Review: Crossover Like Cadillac SRX 3.0 2010

CadillacSRX_0_2010_carzpageThe Cadillac SRX is probably the biggest seller in the American re-launch line of cars for Europe. It is a crossover size by the Volvo XC90, but this time the new Caddy SRX has only two rows of seats, they were listening criticism of the last SRX (the seven seats in three rows was) and tried to make this a less like a jacked-up Combined and more like a crossover. CarzPage Review: Crossover Like Cadillac SRX 3.0 2010.

While some loss of functionality brings with it may rue, the 2010 Cadillac SRX is in fact a very large thing. The boot is flat and is with Saab-style aluminum luggage rails, the floor is pretty high, but there is a practical storage compartment under the rear hatch of the electrical key fobs, driver seat or back door operated. The rear seats fold flat with a clever campaign to fold the seat automatically, as you lower the backrest.
So the 2010 Cadillac SRX is practical. Space for body, too?

CadillacSRX_1_2010_carzpageYep. There is no transmission tunnel at all, which rear access is very simple. You can easily sit three adults in the back: There are a lot of head and leg room and good visibility. Unlike other Cadillacs, we have moved recently and the materials used in the rear and decent quality. The front seats can be cheaper after a few shots, but. The ashtray behind the shift lever is poor as a child’s paper mache half-term project and the chocolate into our test car was omnipresent. At least most of the cabin lends the better quality trim and switchgear from the CTS. CarzPage Review: Crossover Like Cadillac SRX 3.0 2010.
How does the new Cadillac SRX drive?
