The new Touareg R50 from VW
Because the Touareg has some years behind it,VW decided to keep it up to date via some interesting upgrades.After a recent face lift the Touareg family welcomes a new member-the R50. The fenomenal 5 litre V10 turbo engine is only one of the bonuses the R50 brings to the game 37 extra HP and a discrete supercharger tweak brought the total torque up to 850 Nm.
The R50 races to 60 mph in only 6,7 seconds with a top speed of 235 km/h.It does 13l/100km but what did you expect from an SUV?
The 21 inch wheels imediately pop up as well as the sporty side skirts,spoilers and brake calipers.
The VW Touareg R50 is available from this month at a price of 88.000 euros.
